Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from Settings › Billing. There are no cancellation fees. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your history and trusted circle keep working.
7-day refund on your first payment
If TrustShield is not right for you, email support@trustshieldapp.com within 7 days of your first payment for a paid plan and we will refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded for partial months, so please cancel before your renewal date if you no longer need your plan. If you were charged after you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will look at it fairly.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a plan you did not choose, email support@trustshieldapp.com and we will correct it and refund the difference.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
